你要做什么

• 负责多州门店群的 销售、利润、运营、客户体验和组织建设；
• 管理 District Manager / Area Leader 团队，间接管理大量门店员工；
• 与商品、供应链、电商、人力、财务等部门协同，保证门店执行和履约效率；
• 对区域业绩负责，包括销售增长、毛利、费用、损耗、人效和顾客满意度；
• 具备大型连锁零售、家居建材、五金建材、综合零售或多业态零售背景优先。

我们希望你

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Operations, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of retail experience, including at least 5–7 years in multi-unit leadership.
• Proven experience managing district, regional, or divisional store operations with full P&L accountability.
• Background in home improvement, hardware, building materials, big-box retail, general merchandise, or omnichannel retail strongly preferred.
• Strong track record of delivering sales growth, margin improvement, cost control, and customer experience gains.
• Experience leading large frontline teams across multiple states.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable using retail KPIs, dashboards, and financial reports to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
