本政策说明闿翼 Kaiyiee 在你使用我们的网站、求职与企业服务、以及通过广告和线索表单（包括 LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms）与我们联系时，如何收集、使用、共享和保护你的个人信息，以及你享有哪些权利。
1. 我们是谁
“闿翼”“Kaiyiee”“我们”指 KAIYIEE PTE. LTD.（新加坡，MOM 职业介绍所牌照 EA Licence No. 26S3589）及其关联公司 杭州闿翼信息技术有限公司（中国，人力资源服务许可证 (浙)人服证字(2023)第0109000413号）。我们为中国企业出海提供跨境猎头与招聘服务，并运营本网站 www.kaiyiee.com 及相关招聘门户和企业端系统。具体由哪一实体处理你的信息，取决于与你发生业务往来的实体。
2. 我们收集的信息
- 求职者：姓名、邮箱、电话、简历、工作经历、教育背景、技能、求职意向、期望薪资、岗位订阅偏好，以及你主动发送给我们的其他内容。
- 企业客户与商务咨询：姓名、工作邮箱、电话、公司名称、职位、所在国家或地区、招聘需求，以及企业用户开通服务时提供的营业执照等资质文件。
- 广告与线索表单：当你通过广告平台的原生表单（如 LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms）联系我们时，我们会收到你在表单中填写并同意提交的信息，以及平台提供的 Lead ID、广告活动、广告、表单与来源信息、提交时间和同意状态。
- 技术信息：访问的页面、来源网址、访问时间、IP 地址及据此推断的大致国家或地区，用于运行、统计和保护网站。
3. 信息用途
我们将信息用于：为求职者匹配和推荐岗位，并在你申请或同意后向相关雇主推荐；回复咨询、提供你所请求的服务、履行与企业客户的服务协议；就合适的机会或服务与你联系；识别重复或异常提交、防范欺诈与滥用；统计网站访问和广告效果以改进服务；以及履行法律义务。我们处理个人信息的依据包括你的同意、为订立或履行合同所必需、我们提供招聘服务的合理利益，以及法律规定。
4. AI 辅助处理
你的简历与求职或招聘需求可能由 AI 系统（包括受信任的第三方 AI 服务商）处理，用于评估人岗契合度、生成匹配分数与摘要。AI 结果仅作参考，在作出推荐或招聘决定前会由我们的顾问人工复核。
5. 信息共享
我们不出售你的个人信息。我们仅在以下情形共享：
- 在你申请或同意被推荐某岗位后，为该招聘目的向相关雇主提供必要信息；
- 向为我们提供网站托管、云服务、邮件、安全、AI 处理、广告数据同步等服务的服务商提供，其只能为提供该服务而处理信息，并承担保密义务；
- 在我们的关联实体（KAIYIEE PTE. LTD. 与杭州闿翼信息技术有限公司）之间，为提供服务所必需；
- 法律法规要求，或为保护我们、你或他人的合法权益所必需。
6. 跨境处理
我们在新加坡和中国杭州运营并服务全球市场，你的信息可能在提交地以外的国家或地区处理。对于位于中国境内的个人，向境外提供个人信息前，我们将依照《个人信息保护法》告知你并取得你的单独同意，并采取必要的保护措施；对于其他跨境传输，我们同样会采取适当的保护措施，确保信息获得与新加坡《个人数据保护法》(PDPA) 相当的保护水平。
7. 保存期限与安全
我们仅在实现上述目的、保留必要业务记录、处理争议或满足法律要求所需的期限内保存你的信息，之后予以删除或匿名化。我们采取合理的管理和技术措施保护信息，包括访问权限控制与加密传输，但任何网络传输或存储系统都无法保证绝对安全。
8. 你的权利
在适用法律（包括中国《个人信息保护法》、新加坡 PDPA，以及适用时的欧盟 GDPR）允许的范围内，你可以：查阅和复制你的个人信息；更正不准确的信息；要求删除；撤回此前作出的同意（不影响撤回前处理的合法性）；反对或要求限制某些处理；要求转移你的信息；以及就跨境提供个人信息行使知情与单独同意的权利。
请发送邮件至 business@kaiyiee.com 行使上述权利。为保护你的信息，我们可能需要先核实请求人身份；我们会尽快处理，一般在 30 日内答复。
9. Cookies 与本地存储
本网站不使用第三方广告或统计 Cookies。我们使用自有的访问统计，只记录访问的页面、来源网址和由服务器获取的 IP 与大致地区，不写入 Cookie、不做跨站追踪。网站会使用浏览器本地存储（localStorage）保存登录状态和界面偏好，你可以随时在浏览器设置中清除。
10. 未成年人

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Kaiyiee collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you use our website, our candidate and employer services, or contact us through advertising campaigns and lead forms (including LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms), and describes the rights you have.
1. Who we are
“Kaiyiee”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean KAIYIEE PTE. LTD. (Singapore; MOM Employment Agency Licence No. 26S3589) and its affiliate Hangzhou Kaiyiee Information Technology Co., Ltd. (杭州闿翼信息技术有限公司) (China; Human Resources Service Licence (浙)人服证字(2023)第0109000413号). We provide cross-border executive search and recruitment services for Chinese companies expanding overseas, and operate www.kaiyiee.com and related recruitment portals and employer systems. The entity responsible for your data is the one you deal with.
2. Personal data we collect
- Candidates: name, email, phone number, CV/resume, work history, education, skills, job preferences, expected salary, job-alert subscriptions, and anything else you choose to send us.
- Clients and business enquiries: name, work email, phone number, company, job title, country or region, hiring needs, and, for enterprise users, business licence documents.
- Advertising and lead forms: when you contact us through a native form on an advertising platform (such as LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms), we receive the details you enter and agree to submit, together with the platform Lead ID, campaign, ad, form and source details, submission time and consent status.
- Technical data: pages visited, referring URL, time of visit, IP address and the approximate country or region derived from it, used to operate, measure and protect the website.
3. How we use your data
We use personal data to match candidates with roles and, once you apply or agree, introduce you to the relevant employer; to respond to enquiries, provide requested services and perform our agreements with clients; to contact you about suitable opportunities or services; to detect duplicate, fraudulent or abusive submissions; to measure website traffic and advertising performance and improve our services; and to comply with legal obligations. We rely on your consent, the need to enter into or perform a contract, our legitimate interest in providing recruitment services, and legal requirements.
4. AI-assisted processing
Your CV and hiring or job requirements may be processed by AI systems, including trusted third-party AI providers, to assess role fit and generate match scores and summaries. AI outputs are indicative only and are reviewed by our consultants before any recommendation or hiring decision.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only:
- with a prospective employer, to the extent necessary, after you apply for or agree to be put forward for a role;
- with service providers for hosting, cloud, email, security, AI processing and advertising data synchronisation, who may use it only to provide those services and are bound by confidentiality;
- between our affiliated entities (KAIYIEE PTE. LTD. and 杭州闿翼信息技术有限公司) where needed to provide our services; and
- where required by law, or to protect the rights of Kaiyiee, you or others.
6. International transfers
We operate from Singapore and Hangzhou, China, and serve global markets, so your data may be processed outside the country where you provided it. For individuals in mainland China, we will inform you and obtain your separate consent before providing personal information overseas, as required by the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL). For other transfers, we take appropriate steps to ensure your data receives a standard of protection comparable to that under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
7. Retention and security
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above, to maintain business records, resolve disputes or meet legal requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls and encrypted transmission, but no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including China’s PIPL, Singapore’s PDPA and, where applicable, the EU GDPR), you may access and obtain a copy of your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, withdraw consent (without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal), object to or restrict certain processing, request data portability, and, for cross-border transfers, exercise your right to be informed and to give separate consent.
To exercise these rights, email business@kaiyiee.com. We may need to verify your identity first. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible, normally within 30 days.
9. Cookies and local storage
This website does not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies. Our own first-party visit statistics record the page visited, the referring URL, and the IP address and approximate region obtained by our server; they set no cookies and do no cross-site tracking. The site uses your browser’s local storage to keep you signed in and remember interface preferences, which you can clear at any time in your browser settings.
10. Children
Our services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time and will revise the “Last updated” date above. We will give reasonable notice of material changes.
