你要做什么

• Job Descriptions
• • Lead and manage the operating team to ensure all trading/ transactions are
• processed accurately and in a timely manner, strictly adhering to standard operating
• procedures, regulatory requirements, and guidelines
• • Oversee financial operations including transaction processing, account enrollment,
• reconciliation and settlements
• • Monitor the smoothness of transaction execution and exceptional cases handling
• • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning for the operations
• department
• • Collaborate closely with other departments such as Risk, Compliance, Finance, and IT
• to support business growth and operational resilience
• • Participant in ad-hoc projects such as UAT, system migration and tasks assigned by
• the management

• Requirements
• • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Operations Management, or
• related field.
• • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in operations management in financial
• industry, at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with financial
• software (e.g., Bloomberg, Tableau) is a plus.
• • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• • Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) and
• English
