A leading global manufacturer of pump solutions is expanding its commercial pump business across the Americas and is seeking an experienced sales leader to drive strategic growth. The company develops high-quality commercial and industrial pump solutions serving building services, HVAC, water supply, municipal infrastructure, and industrial applications. With manufacturing capabilities and an established U.S. legal entity, the company is accelerating its regional expansion throughout North and Latin America.

你要做什么

• Lead commercial pump sales strategy across North America and Latin America.
• Develop annual sales plans and regional growth strategies.
• Build and manage distributor and partner networks throughout the Americas.
• Drive business development with OEMs, EPC contractors, distributors, consulting engineers, and strategic end users.
• Identify new market opportunities in commercial buildings, HVAC, municipal water, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.
• Lead key account development and major commercial projects.
• Recruit, coach, and manage regional sales teams as the business grows.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and operations teams to localize products and improve competitiveness.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer requirements.
• Deliver revenue growth and regional business targets.

我们希望你

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 10+ years of B2B sales experience in the commercial pump, HVAC, water infrastructure, or related industries.
• At least 5 years of regional sales leadership experience.
• Proven experience managing distributor networks across the Americas.
• Strong knowledge of commercial pump applications, including HVAC, booster systems, fire protection, water supply, and municipal markets.
• Experience leading cross-border business development.
• Fluent English required.
• Spanish proficiency is highly preferred.
• Ability to travel extensively throughout North and Latin America.
