A leading Chinese pump manufacturer is expanding its presence in the Latin American market and is looking for an experienced Spanish-speaking Sales Manager to drive regional business growth. The company specializes in the development, manufacturing, and global distribution of water pump solutions, including residential and commercial pump products. With a strong international presence, the company serves customers across multiple global markets.

你要做什么

• Develop and expand sales channels across Latin America, including distributors, dealers, and key customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and build long-term partnerships with local partners.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including market research, lead generation, negotiation, and account development.
• Maintain strong relationships with distributors and provide sales support.
• Understand local market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Work closely with headquarters teams on product, pricing, and market strategies.
• Achieve regional sales targets and contribute to business growth.

我们希望你

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 3+ years of sales experience in the pump, water treatment, HVAC, irrigation, plumbing, or related industries.
• Strong experience in distributor/channel development in Latin America.
• Native or fluent Spanish speaker.
• Good English communication skills preferred.
• Strong business development and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Willingness to travel within Latin America.
• Preferred Experience selling: Residential water pumps \ Commercial pumps \ Booster pumps \ Irrigation systems \ Water treatment solutions
• Existing distributor/customer network in Latin America is highly preferred.
